IFLOWP is a mobile application which brings together a group of people in order to practice languages. We are not a teaching school, we are a tool that allows and gives the opportunity to our community, to practice what haS been learned in, by any learning method.
IFLOWP is recommended for people over 16 years old.
Our mission is to bring together the largest community in the world who wishes to practice languages.
We have zero tolerance in relation to harassment, nudity, obscenities, pornography, fraud, vulgarity, offenses, racism, bigotry, hatred, violence, any kind of incitement to carry out any type of inappropriate behavior and any form of discrimination that may affect physical and emotional integrity of the members of our community; therefore, we only accept people who are willing to accept our way of building a friendly community for all, and for this reason we recommend all our members to report immediately any kind of unusual or disrespectful behavior to our team using the REPORT key found on our Technology Platform, in our Web page and mobile application.
IFLOWP has the right to delete, block and prevent access to people who violate our friendly community rules.
IFLOWP is not responsible for the content of the conversations or chats between people who are part of our community, all information shared in our platform is sole responsibility of each individual.

USER REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION
The access and / or use of the technological platform, web and mobile application IFLOWP, gives the user the condition of SUBSCRIBER, who accepts our General Conditions of Use reflected as follows.
With your subscription you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, so your experience will be as authentic as possible, to ensure that all our users interact with real people.
In the registration form you are offering IFLOWP the possibility of considering the user as a subscriber. This subscription, accepted and being fully aware of the user’s wishes, allows us to know your name and email address; which implies your incorporation to a mailing list that will carry IFLOWP information about news and offers that may be considered as of the User’s interest.
Access to the technological platform, web and mobile application with any type of subscription will mean access to material not accessible in any other way and a total or partial reduction of advertisement.
By subscribing, the user becomes a subscriber under the free, standard or pro modality that the subscriber chooses to pay for, obtaining the benefits as discussed below. The cost of each subscription may include variations according to the subscription modality, prompt payment and discounts applied by IFLOWP.

IFLOWP is recommended for people over 16 years old.
TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
The subscribet can cancel the subscription whenever considered necessary, without any cancellation charge or cost being applied. The subscriber must simply use the CANCEL button found in the Profile and, if desired, give a brief explanation of the cancellation decision.
If you have an iOS device, go to Settings -> Tap your name -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> IFLOWP.
If the subscriber terminates the subscription for breach of IFLOWP, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, IFLOWP will refund the prepaid amounts covering the active or remaining subscription period after the effective termination date, provided the subscriber uses the CANCEL button in the subscription profile and explain the reason for cancelling, giving IFLOWP a minimum period of seventy-two hours to reasonably correct the non-compliance issue or refund.
PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Payment process services enable IFLOWP to process payments. To ensure greater security, IFLOWP does not process or store credit card informatio , and uses only the information necessary to execute the financial transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.
Some of these services may also allow include messages or emails containong invoices or payment-related notifications.
Payments processed through the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.): IFLOWP uses a payment service provided by Apple Inc. that allows the Owner to offer in-app purchases or in-app purchases. Personal data processed to complete purchases are processed by Apple, as described in the App Store privacy policy,

At the end of the subscription term, it will be automatically renewed for the same period and with the same initial purchase values, which IFLOWP in that period generally makes commercially available to subscribers until the user updates, modifies or cancels said renewal.
If the subscriber has the will to cancel the renewal, it can be done without any surcharge or penalty in the CANCEL option within the user’s subscription profile, indicating the reason for its cancellation.

IFLOWP is not responsible for the information contained in other links or directories accessed through the technological platform, web and mobile application, nor will it control any external sites and content in any way.
The links recommended by IFLOWP that are outside our servers (Youtube) will be the exclusive property of IFLOWP. In no case IFLOWP will assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third party website, except for the content of the links mentioned as property, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites. IFLOWP complies with the guidelines of the Law and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
IFLOWP reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and / or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or by a third party, to those users who breach these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, it may terminate this Agreement if the subscriber is the subject of an application for bankruptcy or any other procedure related to insolvency, judicial administration, liquidation or assignment for the benefit of creditors.
GENERALITIES
IFLOWP will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its technological platform, web and mobile application, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION
IFLOWP may modify at any time the conditions and subscription values determined here, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be valid until duly published, which are modified by others.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between IFLOWP and the subscribing user will be governed by current American regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Delaware County.
