1. Can I practice only one language?
Iflowp gives you the possibility to currently practice up to 6 languages, just register the level of all the languages you want to practice. By entering your profile, you will be able to switch between the selected languages
2. Do you deliver any certification?
No, Iflowp provides a language practice tool, we are not a teaching APP.
3. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, whenever you want, you can enter your profile and press the CANCEL button, just remember that we make the charges in advance at the beginning of each month and there is no refund of the money, so we recommend you make your cancellation days before end the month.
4. If I have a problem with a member of the community, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is report this member and explain in detail what the inconvenience was, so a member of our team will communicate with the person reported and an analysis will be carried out and see the actions that could be taken, in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS, there are rules of good behavior, which, if they are not respected by anyone, we could even expel from our community and permanently deny their access.
5. Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can register one or more credit or debit cards in your profile, we remind you that we do not work with bank transfers or payment with cash.
6. How can I practice?
IFLOWP allows you to practice by text message (chat), call and video call. We recommend using at the call, as it will allow you to educate your ears, identify different tones of voice, lose fear, use vocabulary, develop phrases spontaneously, put what you have learned into practice and feel the power of communication.
7. How can I find out what level I should be at?
IFLOWP gives you a guide questionnaire that will help you, answer it being the most honest with yourself, so you can interact with people who are at the same level. IFLOWP is not a teaching school, so the level is up to you.
8. If I don't feel good at the level I am at, can I change?
Yes, in your LANGUAGES profile you can find the list of languages you need to practice, you can level up and down as you see fit, you don't need to take any tests.
9. How long does IFLOWP take to respond to my concerns?
IFLOWP works to provide you with the best care within a maximum period of seventy-two hours.
10. Will I get a certificate of attendance or compliance?
No, IFLOWP is not a teaching school, it is a tool that will allow you to improve your skills and fluency when communicating with other people.
11. Do I have access to any type of content to improve the language?
IFLOWP works to provide you TIPS, ADVICE and CONTENT based on the experience of people who in one way or another have used the preferred language level for the better in their life, we DO NOT provide content related to grammar rules.
12. Can I access the application from a laptop or desktop?
NO, IFLOWP is an application that works on mobile devices and supports Android and IOS operating systems
13. Does my subscription renew automatically?
At the end of your subscription period, the system will automatically renew it for the same period and with the same initial purchase values which IFLOWP generally makes commercially available to subscribers in that period until the user updates, modifies or cancels said renewal.
14. Can children use the APP?
IFLOWP is recommended for people over 16 years old.
15. How do I choose who to practice with?
According to the information registered in your profile, IFLOWP will filter among its entire community people with needs, tastes and preferences similar to yours, we recommend that you initially send a text message before making a call, this is to verify the availability of your practice partner's time.
16. How long can I practice?
You will be able to practice as many times as you want, there is no limit number of daily contacts that you can make. We recommend that you practice as many times as possible and with different people, so that you can train your ear to interpret the different accents, idioms and dialects that people use.
